Comprehensive Business Services

Professional support tailored for Colorado entrepreneurs.

Most people arrive here with one of three problems: a tax return that is more complicated than last year's, a business that needs to exist on paper before it can open a bank account, or a year of receipts that nobody has sorted. The three services below map to those situations. They are also designed to connect — the LLC we register in March is the entity whose books we keep in June and whose return we file the following April, which means nobody has to re-explain the business from scratch each time.

How working with us actually goes

  1. First consultation

A conversation, not a sales call. We look at where you are — last return, entity status, how you get paid — and tell you what the work involves and what it costs. If what you need is outside what we do, we say so.

  2. Documents

You upload what you have through the secure client portal. Nothing sensitive travels by email attachment. If something is missing, we tell you specifically what and why it matters, instead of sending a generic checklist.

  3. The work

We prepare the return, the filing, or the month's books, and we explain what we found. Anything unusual gets flagged to you before it is filed, not after.

  4. After filing

You keep portal access to your documents. If the IRS or the Colorado Department of Revenue sends a notice about work we did, bring it to us — responding to it is part of the engagement, not a new one.

Why the Colorado detail matters

Colorado is not a generic filing state. Its home-rule cities administer their own sales tax separately from the state, so a business selling in Denver, Aurora, and Lakewood can owe returns to several jurisdictions at once without ever being told. LLCs carry an annual Periodic Report with the Secretary of State that quietly moves an entity into delinquent status when missed. These are not exotic edge cases — they are the two things that most often turn a straightforward small business into a compliance problem, and both are avoidable if somebody is watching the calendar.
